Below summarize the events to take place in the course of the project:

The organization embarks on a survey mission to locate and make enquiries about dilapidated buildings.

To thoroughly process the transaction, the organization after enlisting a suitable property make proceeds to the department of urban and regional planning to make documentation of the building and obtain a certificate of ownership.

The organization after sealing every legal paperwork, the next on the project description is the renovation of houses to ensure that it meets up with the modern-day standard of housing. Some of these buildings had to be demolished and be rebuilt. While few others are being renovated such as plastering or interior design.

Following the total renovation of the building, the corporation proceeds to place the building on lease or rent, and in few cases, they place up the building for sale to prospective owners.

Most of the property obtained from our organization are sold or placed on rent at quite affordable prices, this is because the focus of the organization is to solve to blend.

Our Mission

Redevelopment and creating a space for affordable homes in urban communities.

Our mission statement sees affordable housing in a way as bringing stability, economic diversity and improves the physical quality of the neighborhood. People tend to think of affordable housing as a problem that uniquely affects the poor and homeless. However, in the last five years, we are seeing this problem has spread to working-class people who are priced out of the market.

Our Vision

To Minimize the level of homelessness, since the cause of homelessness is lack of housing.

Our vision statement also Points to the importance of housing as it provides a solution to homelessness. It is hard to argue that housing is not a fundamental human need. Decent, affordable housing should be a basic right for everybody. The reason is: without stable shelter, nothing else seems to matter most.
